Megiddo Regional Council is located in northern Israel, encompassing land on the Menashe Plateau and partly in the Jezreel Valley. The council is bounded by the city of Yokne’am Illit to the north, and the Carmel mountain range to the east, and houses approximately 11,500 residents living in nine kibbutzim and four moshavim.
In preparation for the 80th anniversary of the council’s establishment and as part of a strategic in-depth process led by Council Chairman Gil Lin, the council launched a new branding that symbolizes its renewal and celebrates its human, community, geographical and historical uniqueness.
The council’s spokesperson is responsible for the council’s communication with its localities and residents, with openness, transparency and availability for information and for the council’s advertising and public relations.
For the purpose of the new branding, the council team, which includes Council Chairman Gil Lin, Council Spokesperson Anat Shimshee-Shani and Council Strategy and Development Manager Yifat Sharon, decided to purchase MasterDAM by IDEA Information Systems in order to manage all of the council’s digital media for advertising and public relations.
