Jackie Comforti is an American-Israeli director, screenwriter, documentary film producer, oral historian, and content creator. His works have won several international awards and are exhibited at various film festivals and museums. His work focuses on documenting and creating educational content that deals with commemorating the Holocaust, including the Holocaust of Bulgarian Jews, and conveying the story of the survival of Bulgarian Jews to the audience. Over the years, he has documented and filmed interviews with dozens of Holocaust survivors and witnesses to the various events, and he has a comprehensive archive in the field.
